The Roving Reader 📚🌍✨
Any genre. No borders. No regrets.
Some readers stay in one lane.
The Roving Reader prefers detours.
Turning Pages invites you to a book club for adventurous adults willing to wander across genres, moods, styles, and shelves. Literary fiction this month, speculative fiction the next. Crime after memoir. Narrative non-fiction beside fantasy. No borders. No reading comfort zones.
Every four weeks, the next genre is chosen the only way that feels appropriately dramatic:
🎡 A spin of the wheel.
From there, members nominate titles, argue passionately, vote via WhatsApp, and collectively decide where the reading journey goes next. Along the way, every participant receives a Genre Passport booklet tracking their travels across genres through the year. Complete the passport, and there’s a mystery gift waiting at the end. 👀
✨ What to expect:
📖 A new genre every four weeks
🎡 Live wheel-spin reveals
🗳️ Community-picked titles
📓 A collectible Genre Passport
🏆 Year-end Most Well-Read Reader award
🎁 Mystery reward for completing every genre journey
This club is for:
• Readers who feel stuck reading the same kinds of books
• Genre loyalists brave enough to betray their own shelves
• Curious readers who enjoy surprise and spirited debate
• Anyone looking for a warm, irreverent reading community
At its heart, The Roving Reader is about discovery — not just of books, but of the kinds of readers we become when we let ourselves roam. 💛
Rs.200/- redeemable for purchases at the space.
